Aeroslim Supplements Dosage: How to Take One Chewable a Day

The Aeroslim supplements dosage on the label is one chewable tablet a day: chew it for a few seconds or take it with 6-8 oz of water. The vendor FAQ says to take it every morning. A bottle holds 30 tablets, so it lasts 30 days. Do not exceed one tablet, and ask a doctor first if you have liver disease or take blood thinners.

Part of our Aeroslim overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.

The Aeroslim supplements dosage printed on the label is one chewable tablet a day, chewed for a few seconds or taken with 6-8 oz of water.[1] Each bottle holds 30 tablets, which is one month at the label dose. The label also says not to exceed the recommended dose. Below are the directions, how long each package lasts and what to avoid while you take it.

How do you take Aeroslim?

Take one tablet a day. The label gives two options: chew it for a few seconds, or take it with 6-8 oz of water.[1] The vendor FAQ adds that you can chew it or let it melt, and suggests every morning.[2]

Those are the only directions the vendor gives. The label does not say whether to take it with food, and it gives no maximum length of use. Our suggestions below on food, timing and tracking are our own reading, not vendor instructions, and we mark them that way. The label caution also matters here: pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should ask a physician before using it.[1] The vendor FAQ says the product suits all ages and medical conditions, which contradicts its own label.[2] Go with the label.

What is the right dose and timing?

The right dose is the label dose: one tablet, once a day. Nothing in the vendor material supports taking more, and the label says not to exceed it. Taking two would double the hidden blend, including the coltsfoot.

  • Serving: 1 chewable tablet, which contains vitamin D3 20 mcg (800 IU) and a 500 mg proprietary blend.[1]
  • Timing: the FAQ says every morning.[2] The label does not set a time.
  • Food: not addressed. Our inference: if the tablet upsets your stomach, taking it after breakfast may be gentler, since ivy leaf and peppermint oil can cause nausea or heartburn.
  • Consistency: take it at the same time each day so you can judge it fairly.
  • Missed tablet: not addressed by the vendor. Our inference: skip it and take the next one as usual, rather than taking two.

Vitamin D3 is the one ingredient with a disclosed amount, and it is well under the adult upper limit of 4,000 IU (100 mcg) a day.

How long does one bottle last?

One bottle lasts 30 days at one tablet a day. These are the vendor's US prices, checked October 28, 2026, with free US shipping on every bundle.[3]

PackageTabletsDays at 1 a dayPrice (checked October 28, 2026)Cost per day
1 bottle3030$69$2.30
3 bottles9090$177 ($59 each)$1.97
6 bottles180180$294 ($49 each)$1.63

The vendor asks buyers to use it for at least 3 months, but the refund window it states is 60 days from delivery.[4] Decide within 60 days whether to keep going. The refund page also mentions 180 days in a later paragraph, so count on 60 days. Full refund terms are in our Aeroslim price and coupon guide.

Watch for extra offers after checkout

The vendor's price data includes post-purchase offers at $29 a bottle for extra bottles (checked October 28, 2026).[3] If you have not planned for more supply, decline them. More bottles do not change the dose: it stays at one tablet a day, so six bottles simply cover six months.

What should you avoid while taking it?

Avoid doubling up on anything that overlaps with Aeroslim's ingredients or cautions. Aeroslim lists no caffeine or other stimulant, so the overlaps that matter are these:

  • other vitamin D products, which add to the 20 mcg in each tablet
  • other cough or cold products containing umckaloabo (Pelargonium) or ivy
  • herbal teas or supplements that may contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids, such as comfrey
  • alcohol in large amounts, since coltsfoot and umckaloabo both carry liver warnings
  • starting it close to surgery, or alongside blood thinners, without a doctor's okay, because serratiopeptidase breaks down fibrin

Keep the bottle away from dogs: xylitol is listed among the other ingredients.[1] The full list of cautions is in our Aeroslim side effects guide.

How do you track whether it is doing anything?

Keep a simple written log, because you have 60 days to decide. Our suggested routine:

  1. Day 1: weigh yourself in the morning and measure your waist at the navel.
  2. Each day: tick off the tablet and note any stomach upset, rash or bleeding.
  3. Each week: repeat weight and waist on the same day, at the same time.
  4. Also note big changes in diet, exercise or sleep, which affect weight more than any tablet.
  5. Day 45: compare. If nothing has changed, you still have time to request a refund.

No ingredient has a human weight-loss trial, so set expectations to match. Our Aeroslim weight loss guide explains why.

When should you stop and talk to a doctor?

Stop taking Aeroslim and see a doctor right away if you notice:

  • yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or pain in the upper right belly
  • unusual bruising, nosebleeds or bleeding gums
  • hives, facial swelling or trouble breathing (call 911 for breathing trouble)
  • vomiting or diarrhea lasting more than a day
  • a positive pregnancy test

Also talk to your doctor before you start a new prescription while taking it. Take the bottle with you, since the label lists every ingredient your doctor will want to see, even though it hides the amounts.

Frequently asked questions

How many Aeroslim tablets should I take a day?

One. The label sets the serving at one chewable tablet a day and says not to exceed the recommended dose. Taking more would double the hidden 500 mg blend, which includes coltsfoot, a herb with liver warnings.

Should I chew Aeroslim or swallow it?

Either works, according to the vendor. The label says to chew it for a few seconds or take it with 6-8 oz of water, and the FAQ adds that you can let it melt in your mouth.

What time of day should I take Aeroslim?

The vendor FAQ says every morning. The label itself sets no time. Taking it at the same time each day makes it easier to remember and to track any changes or side effects.

How long should I take Aeroslim before deciding?

The vendor suggests at least 3 months, but its refund window is 60 days from delivery, checked October 28, 2026. Track your weight and waist weekly and decide before day 60 so you keep the option of a refund.

Can I take Aeroslim with coffee?

Aeroslim lists no caffeine, so coffee does not stack a stimulant. If the tablet or coffee upsets your stomach, separate them. Check with a pharmacist about your medicines, especially blood thinners, before you start.
