Aeroslim: Chewable for Healthy Weight With a Cough-Herb Label

Aeroslim is a chewable tablet sold for weight loss with a "breathe out fat" pitch. The vendor label shows vitamin D3 20 mcg plus a 500 mg blend of umckaloabo, ivy leaf, mullein, coltsfoot, serratiopeptidase and peppermint oil, with no individual doses. These are cough and airway ingredients, none has a human weight-loss trial, and coltsfoot carries liver-safety warnings. Price: $49 to $69 a bottle, checked October 28, 2026.

Our verdict on Aeroslim

What we liked

  • The vendor label publishes every ingredient name and the vitamin D3 dose (20 mcg)
  • One chewable tablet a day, 30 tablets per bottle
  • A 60-day refund window is stated on the sales page
  • Free US shipping on every bundle, one-time payment with no autoship

Watch out for

  • No label ingredient is a recognized weight-loss ingredient; the blend reads like a cough and airway formula
  • The 500 mg proprietary blend hides every individual dose
  • Contains coltsfoot, a herb with liver-safety warnings, at an undisclosed dose
  • Refunds mean mailing every bottle back at your own cost, and the refund page gives both 60 and 180 days
  • Manufacturer and GMP certifier are not named, and the FAQ misdescribes the FDA's role in the facility
  • The vendor's references include no study of Aeroslim and no human weight-loss trial of its ingredients

Aeroslim is a chewable tablet sold for weight loss, but the vendor's own label lists a cough and airway herb blend, and we found no human weight-loss trial for any ingredient on it.[2] Each tablet holds vitamin D3 20 mcg plus a 500 mg proprietary blend split across six items, so the average share is about 83 mg, and no single dose is printed.[2]

One of those six is coltsfoot, a herb with liver-safety warnings. We checked the label, prices, refund pages and research on October 28, 2026.

What is Aeroslim and what does the vendor claim?

Three Aeroslim chewable tablet bottles as shown by the seller
Image: Aeroslim vendor

The vendor says the formula holds "6 strong weight-management ingredients" and that it works "WITHOUT restrictive dieting or exhausting exercise."[1] The front label adds "Promotes Healthy Weight," "Supports Digestion & Metabolism" and "Clinically Researched Ingredients."[2] The sales video opens with a story about Asian monks who eat 3,500 calories a day and stay slim, which no source backs up.

Each bottle holds 30 chewable tablets. The product is sold on theaeroslim.com through the BuyGoods retailer, and the distributor named on the label is AeroSlim of Tallmadge, Ohio.[2] Some third-party pages call it a capsule and show agency badges. Trust the label on the bottle, which describes a chewable tablet.

Who might consider Aeroslim, and who should not?

Aeroslim may appeal to an adult who wants a one-a-day chewable and accepts that its weight claims are untested. It is a poor fit for anyone pregnant or nursing, under 18, living with liver disease, or taking blood thinners, because of what the label holds.[2]

The label itself says pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18 and anyone with a medical condition should ask a physician first. The vendor FAQ contradicts that by saying Aeroslim was "designed for all ages and medical conditions."[1] Follow the label.

Skip it, or ask a doctor first, if you:

  • have liver disease or drink alcohol heavily (coltsfoot and umckaloabo both carry liver flags)
  • take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicine, or have surgery planned (serratiopeptidase)
  • already take another vitamin D product
  • keep dogs at home (xylitol in the tablet is toxic to dogs)

Unexplained weight gain or loss deserves a medical check. A supplement does not replace that visit.

How does Aeroslim claim to work?

The vendor claims Aeroslim speeds up "metabolic respiration" so you breathe out more fat. Fat does leave the body mostly as carbon dioxide when it is burned, a point from a 2014 BMJ paper the vendor cites, but no Aeroslim ingredient is shown to raise how much fat you burn.[7]

That BMJ paper describes where the mass of burned fat goes. It says nothing about supplements, and burning more fat still depends on eating fewer calories than you use. The sales page also says "top researchers from Stanford University" link breathing to weight gain. It gives no citation, and the only Stanford-linked item on the reference page is a 2003 study of an activity questionnaire.[7]

The vendor's 11 references include no study of Aeroslim itself and no human weight-loss trial of any listed ingredient.[7] Our Aeroslim weight loss evidence check walks through each claim.

What ingredients are in Aeroslim?

Aeroslim contains vitamin D3 (20 mcg) and a 500 mg proprietary blend of umckaloabo root, ivy leaf, mullein leaf, coltsfoot flower, serratiopeptidase and peppermint oil.[2] Five of the six blend items are traditional cough, cold or airway ingredients, and none has a human weight-loss trial.

Other ingredients are xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavoring and magnesium stearate. The label does not give extract ratios, serratiopeptidase activity units, or any statement that the coltsfoot is tested for pyrrolizidine alkaloids.[2]

Peppermint oilNoOil research is mostly gut symptoms[15]WeakNone found
Vitamin D3Yes, 20 mcg (800 IU)Meta-analysis of trials found no significant weight change[14]Limited for weightTested; no significant loss

Because the blend doses are hidden, no item can be compared with a studied dose. For umckaloabo, European regulators list 60 mg a day of a dry extract for adults; Aeroslim's whole blend averages about 83 mg per item. The full breakdown is on our Aeroslim ingredients page.

Does Aeroslim work for weight loss?

There is no evidence that Aeroslim causes weight loss. No trial of the finished product exists, none of the six blend ingredients has a human weight-loss trial, and the one ingredient tested for weight, vitamin D3, produced no significant change in body weight.[14]

Here is the evidence ladder, from weakest to strongest:

  1. Plausibility. The "breathe out fat" story describes what happens to fat once burned. It gives no reason why cough herbs would make you burn more.[7]
  2. Lab and animal work. Ivy compounds and coltsfoot bud compounds show effects on fat cells or enzymes in dishes only. A PubMed search for umckaloabo and weight turned up only animal and lab papers.
  3. Human ingredient trials. None for weight in umckaloabo, ivy, mullein, coltsfoot or serratiopeptidase. For vitamin D, a meta-analysis of randomized trials found body weight fell 0.43 kg on average, which was not significant (p = 0.17), with a small drop in BMI and waist size.[14] Those trials used 25,000 to 600,000 IU a month, far above Aeroslim's 800 IU a day.
  4. Finished-product trial. None. The vendor cites no study of Aeroslim.[7]

The respiratory findings for umckaloabo and ivy are about short-term cough and cold symptom relief, not body fat. Our Aeroslim benefits check sorts each label claim into backed and not backed.

Aeroslim side effects: who should ask a doctor first?

The main Aeroslim safety concern is the liver. Coltsfoot contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which can damage the liver, and umckaloabo carries a European regulator warning for liver injury of unknown frequency.[11] The label does not say the coltsfoot is tested for these alkaloids.

Per ingredient, the research cards list:

  • Coltsfoot: pyrrolizidine alkaloid liver risk; a known case of reversible liver vein blockage in an infant after a tea thought to be coltsfoot.[12] Avoid in pregnancy, breastfeeding, children and liver disease.
  • Umckaloabo: stomach upset, rash, nosebleed, gum bleeding, liver injury reports.[8]
  • Ivy leaf: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, allergic reactions; caution with gastritis or a stomach ulcer.[9]
  • Serratiopeptidase: long-term safety not established; it breaks down clots, so take care with blood thinners and before surgery.[13]
  • Peppermint oil: heartburn, nausea, dry mouth.[15]
  • Vitamin D3: safe at 20 mcg; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements sets the adult upper limit at 100 mcg (4,000 IU), so count other vitamin D products.

See a doctor right away if you notice:

  • yellow skin or eyes, or dark urine
  • pain in the upper right belly, or swelling of the belly
  • hives, swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing
  • unusual bleeding or bruising

What do Aeroslim complaints and buyer reports show?

We found no complaint records for Aeroslim in the public databases we could reach on October 28, 2026, and two record sets could not be checked. Absence of records is not proof of safety, since the product is sold mainly online.

  • BBB: a search for "aeroslim" returned 0 business profiles.[16]
  • FDA recalls (openFDA food and drug enforcement): no matches.[17]
  • FDA adverse event reports (CAERS): no records for Aeroslim.[18]
  • FDA Health Fraud Product Database: not listed (archived copy dated January 8, 2026).
  • Trustpilot: the page blocked access. NOT checked.
  • FDA tainted weight-loss product list and FTC actions: pages did not load. NOT checked.

The vendor's "based on 10,369 reviews" names no platform, and its claim of "more than 107,200 customers" with no notable side effects cannot be verified.[1]

How much does Aeroslim cost?

Aeroslim costs $69 for one bottle, $59 a bottle in a 3-pack ($177) and $49 a bottle in a 6-pack ($294), checked October 28, 2026, with free US shipping on every bundle.[5][6]

What is the Aeroslim refund policy?

Aeroslim advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, and 60 days from delivery is the safe figure to plan around, because the refund page also mentions 180 days in a later paragraph.[4]

  1. Email contact@aeroslim-product.com with the subject "Refund Request."
  2. Send back all bottles, empty or not, with your name, email and order ID, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
  3. Expect the refund on your statement in 5 to 10 days.

You pay return postage, which conflicts with the sales page promise to "refund every single cent."[1] The vendor also asks buyers to try Aeroslim "for at least 3 months," longer than the 60-day window.[4]

Where can you buy Aeroslim?

The pages we read on theaeroslim.com sell Aeroslim only through their own BuyGoods checkout, and the refund steps above assume you bought there.[1] Amazon and Walmart listings were not part of our check.

A bottle from any other seller sits outside the vendor's refund route, and you cannot confirm its contents match the label. Some third-party pages already describe Aeroslim as a capsule, which does not match the chewable tablet on the vendor label.[2] See our Aeroslim on Amazon and Walmart page for what to check before buying elsewhere.

Is Aeroslim legit?

Aeroslim is a real product with a published label, a returns address and a working support email, but the seller discloses little. The label names a distributor, AeroSlim of Tallmadge, Ohio, and no manufacturer or GMP certifier.[2]

The label says "Manufactured in a FDA registered facility," while the contact FAQ overstates that wording for the same unnamed facility. The FDA does not approve supplements or facilities.[3] The FAQ also says your statement will read "CLKBANK* AeroSlim," a ClickBank descriptor, though checkout runs through BuyGoods.[3] The earliest archived capture of the site is from August 11, 2024. Read the full seller check on is Aeroslim legit.

Aeroslim vs other approaches to weight loss

Compared with other routes, Aeroslim offers convenience and nothing tested for weight. A product that prints every dose, or a plan built with a clinician, gives you more to judge.

How we weigh these factors is set out in our editorial method.

How do you take Aeroslim?

The label says to take one tablet a day, chewing it for a few seconds or swallowing it with 6 to 8 oz of water.[2] The vendor FAQ adds that you can chew it or let it melt, every morning.[3] The label also says not to exceed the recommended dose. One bottle lasts 30 days. Timing, missed doses and who should not take it are covered on how to take Aeroslim.

Aeroslim: final take

Aeroslim is sold for weight loss, but its label reads like a cough and airway formula with every blend dose hidden and coltsfoot inside. We found no human evidence that it helps anyone lose weight.[7]

It may suit a healthy adult who wants to try it and is ready to use the 60-day refund, with return postage at their own cost. Skip it if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have liver disease, take blood thinners or keep dogs that could reach the bottle. If you buy, start from the vendor's checkout and keep your order ID.

Frequently asked questions

Is Aeroslim a capsule or a chewable tablet?

Aeroslim is a chewable tablet, per the vendor label read October 28, 2026. Some third-party pages call it a capsule, which does not match. Each bottle holds 30 tablets, and the label says to chew one for a few seconds or take it with water.

Can you really breathe out fat?

When the body burns fat, most of its mass leaves as carbon dioxide through the lungs, a point from a 2014 BMJ paper the vendor cites. That paper does not test supplements, and no Aeroslim ingredient is shown to make you burn more fat.

Is coltsfoot safe to take every day?

Coltsfoot has no clinical trial for any condition and contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which can damage the liver. The Aeroslim label gives no coltsfoot dose and no statement that the extract is tested for these alkaloids. Anyone with liver disease, pregnant or nursing should avoid it.

Does Aeroslim contain caffeine or stimulants?

No caffeine or other stimulant appears on the Aeroslim label, and the vendor markets it as stimulant free. The tablet holds vitamin D3, a 500 mg herbal and enzyme blend, xylitol, cellulose, flavoring and magnesium stearate. The stimulant-free claim is not independently verified.

Why should Aeroslim be kept away from dogs?

Aeroslim tablets contain xylitol, a sweetener listed under other ingredients on the label. Xylitol is toxic to dogs, so store the bottle where pets cannot reach it, and call a vet at once if a dog eats any tablets.

Does Aeroslim have autoship or a subscription?

No. The vendor FAQ says Aeroslim is a one-time payment with no autoship, checked October 28, 2026. After checkout, the price data shows extra bottle offers at $29 each, so decline any add-on you did not plan to buy.

What will an Aeroslim order show on my card statement?

The vendor contact FAQ says the charge will read CLKBANK* AeroSlim, a ClickBank descriptor. Checkout on theaeroslim.com runs through BuyGoods, so the wording may differ. Keep your order ID and confirmation email to match the charge.

Who makes Aeroslim?

The label names only a distributor: AeroSlim, Tallmadge, OH 44278, with support at contact@aeroslim-product.com. No manufacturer, factory or GMP certifier is named. The label says it is made in an FDA registered facility, which means the site is listed with the agency and says nothing about quality.

Can I take Aeroslim with another vitamin D supplement?

Each Aeroslim tablet has 20 mcg (800 IU) of vitamin D3. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements sets the adult upper limit at 100 mcg (4,000 IU) a day, so add up every vitamin D product you take and ask your doctor if unsure.
